WMG Endeavors is a one-person consultancy run by Bill Grinstead. The work is usually where SEO, CMSs, Airtable, AI models, APIs, and real business workflows overlap — the part most teams find hardest to staff for.
I'm not an “AI transformation” consultant. My edge is concrete: I build the actual system, debug the data, verify the source of truth, and make SEO and content operations run. Most of it has been for content-heavy media and publishing businesses that publish and rank at scale.
That means I'm equally comfortable writing a migration script, designing an Airtable schema, wiring up a retrieval pipeline with citations, or diagnosing why a section of a site fell out of the index — and then leaving your team with something they can actually run.
